Brian Omino is a professional accountant with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University, part CPA qualification and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from UMI. He possesses over eight years of experience in Financial Management, Audit and Assurance,
Accountancy, Tax Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, Asset Management and Cash Management having worked in Audit firm, Fast moving goods industry and over five years in various Humanitarian and Development Non- profit and International Non-profit Organisations. He has a passion for helping the needy and vulnerable (whenever he can), highly respectful and advocates for Human Rights across all platforms and spaces, and strives to see a society where all human, animals and environment are treated with respect and dignity for “A Better World”.

Sylvester is a young social justice activist, a Trans man who is passionate about leadership and human rights. Believes in integrity, learning, unlearning and team work. Currently Sylvester is the Communication, advocacy and Networking officer at Tranz Network Uganda in charge of communications, profiling network member’s activities, including input to advocacy, campaigns, policy development and resource mobilization for the organization, Increasing network collaboration and network
He has worked with in the LGBTI movement for over 5 years and has involved himself in many successful projects over the years.
Sylvester is a basketball player, likes swimming, watching basketball, networking and interactions.

Ruteiruka Nelson – Programs Manager (Male):Who is Ruteiruka Nelson? He is passionate, hardworking and never rests on his laurels. He studied Project Planning and Management at Makerere University as well as Multimedia at Aptech School of Computing. Nelson is an ardent Arsenal fan, a lover of books, film, music and sports. Driven by Nelson Mandela’s famous quote, “To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity”, he strives to contribute to a world where everyone can be treated equally and with dignity regardless of their background, race,
sexual orientation, sex etc.
